Yes, but the board may occasionally hold an Executive Session if requirements of the Alabama Open Meetings Act are met. Normally, these will be held at the end of the meeting agenda.
Typically Board Meetings are held in the Conference Room of the 911 Center at 815 Gillespie Street, addresses will be posted on agenda’s when held elsewhere
